Is it possible to lose weight using the Power Plate?
The Power Plate influences the ratio between fat and muscle tissue, increasing the basal metabolic rate, which causes the body to consume more energy every day. The increased release of growth hormone facilitates and stimulates fat burning.
I’ve been doing very intensive sports for years. Can I start directly with the program for experienced people?
Even for trained athletes, vibration training is a new training method that the body needs to get used to. As with all other sports and physical training, you should introduce your body slowly to this new form of exercise.
How many calories do we burn during a 25-minute session?
About 400 to 550 calories depending on intensity, but importantly, during the recovery period, metabolism increases. This increase causes additional calorie expenditure to continue over 24 to 48 hours after training (even during your sleep).
I’ve never exercised before, is this type of training suitable for me?
During your first visit to one of our studios (trial), we will conduct an evaluation that will allow us to establish your personalized training program and adapt it to your physical condition and goals. Power Plate training is nicknamed in Europe as the “anti-aging” device.
How many times per week should I do it to see results?
Ideally 3 times a week, but 2 times a week can work for those who already have a sports training program.
How long has vibration training existed?
The principle of vibration training (activating muscles using the tonic vibration reflex) was discovered in the mid-20th century. In the former Soviet Union, especially in 1980 (during the Olympic Games), many Russian athletes successfully trained using vibration devices. Over time, thanks to new knowledge and analysis results, different devices were developed, leading to the current Power Plate, which produces three-dimensional vibration.
Is it painful?
Power Plate training lasts only 25 minutes and is 3 times more effective thanks to its three-dimensional imbalance. Effort is certainly required, but considering each exercise lasts about 1 minute and it’s mainly the last 10 seconds that are most demanding, it goes very well. Additionally, since your trainer is constantly by your side, they will encourage you and correct exercises as needed.
I have health issues, is this type of training suitable for me?
Is it just as good for men as it is for women?
It is equally recommended for women and men.

My mother is 72 years old, can she also use the Power Plate?
Vibration training can also be beneficial for older adults. The Power Plate helps tone muscles in a simple and safe way without putting particular strain on joints, ligaments, and tendons. In this regard, both strength training and vibration training contribute to increased bone density in cases of osteoporosis.
Does it work if I’m too heavy?
Power Plate training improves your blood circulation through three-dimensional muscle strengthening. This triggers cellular metabolism, resulting in calorie burn three times higher. However, the device can support up to 400 pounds.
